Challenge update - 1/7/2008
The Old Spice Experience Challenge titled The SOHH Rec Room Gamerscore Challenge Two has come to a close, and the big winner is JOHNNY5OPTIMUS with a final tally of 2,843 points in 14 days!
When you count it up on the final day, all 10 challengers gained 345 points. I iron mike I added 110, makaveliank0de added 105, Apocalypsegene added 75, MightyHealthy added 25, captainduckman added 15, and JOHNNY5OPTIMUS added 15. Yay for the winner and thanks to the other 9 gamers for giving it a shot.
Challenge update - 1/6/2008
Oh no! Today was big fun! I see numbers! JOHNNY5OPTIMUS is making the lead look good by feeding on enough achievements for 125 points. All 10 participants combined, they put up a total gain of 160 points. JOHNNY5OPTIMUS added 125, captainduckman added 30, and arcavian added 5. We are into the final stretch... if you have some cheap achievements, better cash them in!

The situation is: JOHNNY5OPTIMUS gave up the social life to get the lead by gaining 55 points. When you count it up, all 10 challengers gained 100 points. Fresh off the internets: JOHNNY5OPTIMUS swung the whooping stick and took the lead by sucking out 40 points. When you count it up, all 10 challengers gained 495 points. A challenge day worth noting! (although what day isn't right?) JOHNNY5OPTIMUS is in the lead by feeding on enough achievements for 100 points. Overall, the 10 total challengers put up a total of 210 points, so at least people are competing! JOHNNY5OPTIMUS added 100, I iron mike I added 55, Apocalypsegene added 50, and arcavian added 5. I aint even know that the Avatar/easy game ish was that big of a deal yo, I thought it was aight cause i didnt spam other easy joints like Surfs Up, I was just callin some hail mary plays (TMNT, Avatar) and then goin back to my normal gameplayin habits.
Win or lose (im pretty sure im losin this shyt hahah) I can see myself doing this again so props to Chewy and the other competitiors who got it rockin

Hope everyone had a good Christmas and New Year...looks like it from our point gains (also it seems like someone panicked to go and grab the kids games lol).
Hopefully we'll discourage the practice with the next challenge.
I promise that while the prizes won't be as big, there will be many more winners than before.
After one month of actual gift giving, these challenges (for the last month, at least) have turned out to be anything but. I want to reward gamers, not schemers.
I'll be moving to 1 week challenges. 1600 Microsoft Point prizes only.
That means that most of us losers will eventually win, and we'll get more games (or movies, tv shows, whatever else marketplace is good for).
No offense to the winners (or a certain runner-up), but that shyt is corny, and it pretty much ruins the spirit of the entire thing while you try to get one over on us with _Avatar_.
