Challenge update - 8/31/2008
The Gamerscore Challenge titled Busy August has ended. CMEANDU27 has successfully destroyed the competition... even managing to pull TheSelsword's underwear over their head on the last day. Good times. A total gain of 6,175 was enough for the win this time... and it only took 30 days!
All 5 participants combined on the final day, they put up a total gain of 920 points. CMEANDU27 added 640, TheSelsword added 220, and khemet119 added 60. There can be only one first place... but thanks goes out to the other 4 for being good rivals.
Challenge update - 8/30/2008
Yesterday saw some furious gamerscore action. Here's the recap. TheSelsword made it happen and is now in first place by earning a whopping 1,330 points! FINISH THEM! (in my best mortal kombat voice) Overall, the 5 total challengers put up a total of 1835 points, so at least people are competing! TheSelsword added 1,330, CMEANDU27 added 315, and khemet119 added 190. Only one day left to gain points. Check back tomorrow for the big winner!

Another day, another long list of achievement points. Let's add it all up! CMEANDU27 gave up the social life to get the lead and is confident enough to turn in zero new points. All 5 participants combined, they put up a total gain of 380 points. TheSelsword added 330, and guynextdoor42 added 50. So yeah... TheSelsword's gamerscore jumped quite a bit eh? People better start looking over their shoulders.
Just remember, 2 days might sound like a lot of time, but it really isn't. The excitement continues tomorrow!

The situation is: CMEANDU27 is in the lead and amazingly enough, didn't gain any score. When you count it up, all 5 challengers gained 235 points. guynextdoor42 added 135, and khemet119 added 100. The obvious superstar from yesterday is guynextdoor42. With that big of a gain, who knows what could happen next.

After a long day of gaming yesterday, here's where we ended up: CMEANDU27 gave up the social life to get the lead and didn't even need any points to stay there. When you count it up, all 5 challengers gained 70 points. and Ichya Paradise added 70. So in the 'Biggest gain' category, Ichya Paradise is obviously the winner... I would be looking over your shoulder if I was CMEANDU27...
Don't freak out... plenty of time left! 7 whole days! That's it for today... time to go make the donuts.

The excitement continues. Don't believe me? Check it: CMEANDU27 is in the lead by gaining 160 points. When you count it up, all 5 challengers gained 385 points. guynextdoor42 added 225, and CMEANDU27 added 160. guynextdoor42 is definitely on the move with that score increase... you better be watching your backs...

An ill wind blows news of Ichya Paradise's horn of a Gamerscore Challenge ringing true. 5 have answered its beckoning call, dressing in the arms of their ancestors to venture forth in battle. I am sure everyone is pounding away on their easy achievements to jump into the lead! Who is the favorite? Who is the underdog? Who is going to win? In 30 days we will know!

Less than 4 hours left and it is very close. Phil needs about 150 points to pull off the win. Wish I was home to see this. Still at the inlaws. Dre even pulled out a bit more points to keep the 4th spot. I can not wait till this challenge is over.
