Are you having problems?

If you can't login, here are some reasons why!

  1. If requesting your password doesn't work, you may only have a BASIC account. Upgrade to a full membership.
  2. There are two membership levels, BASIC and FULL. Try registering for a FULL account to confirm you actually have a password assigned. BASIC members (or people who signed up with the site early on) were never given passwords.
  3. Did you get the activation email? When you register an email is sent to verify your account. If you never recieved it, email us!
