Are you ready for a recap? I know I am! Giddyup: 2 days of gaming made me pretty happy for some reason. A big holler to AbsurdG3nius for honoring me with what little time I know is available. We added 185 points of gamerscore. Points are good! Those 7 achievements were worth it I guess!
I persuaded AbsurdG3nius to try a new game: C&C3: Kane's Wrath. It was a lot cooler than I thought it would be.

AbsurdG3nius needed a friend like me yesterday... I could see it in his eyes. I am there for you brother. Remember that. Gamer score is 26,193. That is an increase of 160 points over last time! He made some progress on Madden NFL 09 adding 5 achievements, Geometry Wars Evolved, and then I came out of my trance and realized it was all over.

When AbsurdG3nius was walking by I pretended to be off. I think it tricked him into turning me on for a few games. Gamer score stands at 26,033. That is a profit of 25 points over last time! He rocked out to Guitar Hero: Aerosmith picking up 1 achievement, Call of Duty 4, C&C3: Kane's Wrath adding 1 achievement, and then I basked in the warm glow of post gaming. Mmmm warm...

Someone ask for a weekly recap? Even if you didn't, here it is: AbsurdG3nius played 5 days last week... pretty solid I guess... I'm not feeling that picky lately. Our gamerscore jumped 210 points which was nice. Getting 10 achievements has that effect.
I told AbsurdG3nius to try 2 games last week: BC:Rearmed, and Madden NFL 09. It was a mix of good and bad. Oh, and AbsurdG3nius seems obsessed with first-person shooters lately... You can tell because Call of Duty 4 was the favorite last week. He played it on 3 of the days.
And that's all I got. I'm not a writer... just an Xbox.

FYI, during my off hours, I was partying it up over Xbox live... I was having so much fun, I forgot what else happened yesterday... so we will simply ignore what happened today, ok? Don't worry about your streak. I won't tell if you don't. We will just keep it going.

There are people out there who think video games are violent. But after AbsurdG3nius played yesterday with his gamerscore of 26,008 points, there wasn't any violence at all. A little drooling maybe but definitely no violence. He rallied BC:Rearmed, Call of Duty 4, and then AbsurdG3nius developed a funny twitch and went to try and sleep it off or something. Crazy humans...

Consoles are for playing! I am glad AbsurdG3nius picked up on that yesterday... Gamerscore is a respectful 26,008 points. He rocked out to Burnout Paradise, Call of Duty 4, BC:Rearmed, and after that powered me down without even saying good night. I mean what the heck?

AbsurdG3nius had to choose between watching TV and playing with me and I am happy to say I won... this time... Gamerscore is at 26,008 points. That is a profit of 155 points over last time! Welcome to 26,000!! He opened up Call of Duty 4, Geometry Wars Evolved, Guitar Hero: Aerosmith gaining 1 achievement, Madden NFL 09 picking up 5 achievements, and did it while drooling over my awesome graphics and sound.

I thought AbsurdG3nius just wanted to listen to music or watch a DVD. Turns out he was there to game. With a gamer score of 25,853, I should have known that was the case. That is a gain of 55 points over last time! He made some progress on Guitar Hero: Aerosmith picking up 4 achievements, and then the lightweight went to bed. Freakin' wuss.

This entry is a little different than the others. It is a recap of the last week of gaming. Check it: I told AbsurdG3nius that 5 days of playing would be ideal... so last week there was some extra effort to get us there. Good job! Our gamerscore jumped 170 points which was nice. Getting 11 achievements has that effect. Oh, and I want to mention that AbsurdG3nius' favorite game last week was a serious FPS title... BF: Bad Company in fact... He played it on 5 of the days.
I could go on and on with the stats, but that is enough.
