This entry is a little different than the others. It is a recap of the last week of gaming. Check it: If you are an Xbox, you might be jealous that AlphakirA showed up to game 3 days this last week. Happy happy joy joy! Our gamerscore saw a 10 point boost which is good. I guess that is what completing 2 achievements can do! Oh, and AlphakirA must have been in an puzzling-smarty-pants mood last week. Bejeweled 2 was the favorite game. He played it on 2 of the days.

Having a new gamer picture is like eating out at a new restaurant... you go in and everything is different and... ok that really makes no sense... bad comparison... never mind. In gaming related news... I was all ready to write in my blog about how great of a time I had playing with AlphakirA yesterday, but then my plans changed when I was ignored... all... freaking... day...
Oh hey, remember the challenge that AlphakirA was in? It has come to an end. AlphakirA didn't manage to get the win... but I guess number 3 is better than number LAST!!... wait... maybe we are last? How many people are in this thing? Can I count? So yeah... maybe we can get them next time... maybe we need to try a challenge with easier people... the 4 gamers in this last challenge were too good.
AlphakirA brought the pain yesterday... the good kind... the gaming kind. We are up to 29,569 points of gamerscore. Jealous? He played Call of Duty 4, and I thought AlphakirA injured himself in the process... but I was wrong... he lives to fight another day!

Have you ever wondered what it was like to play games with someone who has a gamerscore of 29,559? Well guess what... you will never know, and I do! AlphakirA is mine! All mine! No touchy! He rallied Bejeweled 2, and then I told him to keep playing but he didn't... out of spite I think.
It is that time of the week. I got your weekly recap right here: I told AlphakirA that 6 days of playing would be ideal... so last week there was some extra effort to get us there. Good job! We added 79 points of gamerscore. Points are good! Those 3 achievements were worth it I guess!
There were only a few games I wanted to try this week AlphakirA and I only tried one of them: Blitz: The League. Oh, and AlphakirA seems obsessed with puzzle games lately... You can tell because Bejeweled 2 was the favorite last week. He played it on 5 of the days.

We went for a spin... played some games... ended with a score of 29,505. That is a profit of 10 points over last time! He rocked out to Bejeweled 2, Blitz: The League acquiring 1 achievement, and did it while marvelling at the framerates and stellar particle effects.

I was lucky enough to sample 4 new tasty treats during the week! Game names are BC:Rearmed, Cabela's Safari, Madden NFL 09, and Stranglehold. Look for us in the leaderboards... maybe... Oh, and I want to mention that AlphakirA's favorite game last week was a puzzle title... Bejeweled 2 in fact... He played it on 5 of the days.
