He opened up Time Pilot, FlatOut UC (PC), Castle Crashers winning 1 achievement, Wits & Wagers, Texas Hold'em, Test Drive Unlimited acquiring 1 achievement, and wished it would never end, but it did and that was sad.
When you get right down to it, when CroutonCrusader decides to play - it's a good day all around. Our score is 58,299 and always improving! That is a boost of 45 points over last time! He opened up Alien Hominid HD, Guitar Hero II winning 1 achievement, FlatOut UC (PC) finishing 3 achievements, and did it while marvelling at the framerates and stellar particle effects.
I love to game, you love to game, CroutonCrusader loves to game, we all love to game! 58,254 points FTW!!! That is an increase of 80 points over last time! He rallied Braid, Asteroids & Deluxe picking up 1 achievement, Ultimate MK3, Guitar Hero II acquiring 3 achievements, N+, Hexic HD, and it's a good thing he stopped there, otherwise the concentrated awesomeness could have blown out my circuits. BTW, that makes 20 days in a row! I think we can all agree that high-fives are in order. Yay! We get a badge! Look at it and weep!
Ok, here it is... your weekly recap of gaming: Not many Xboxes can claim seven days of gaming in a row. Last week CroutonCrusader and I can... and we will... and it feels so good! This wasn't just low-key gaming either... our score bounced 2475 freakin' points! Can you believe it? In one week? YES! Getting 160 achievements has that effect.
I pestered CroutonCrusader to try 11 games last week: BF: Bad Company, Galaga Legions, Madden NFL 08, NCAA® Football 08, Prey, Prince Caspian, Rock Band, Soulcalibur IV, TimeShift, Wik: Fable of Souls, and X-Men:TheOfficialGame. It was a mix of good and bad. Also, according to the records, CroutonCrusader's favorite game last week was MX vs. ATV: Untamed. He played it on 4 of the days.

He played Galaga Legions gaining 5 achievements, Alone In The Dark adding 2 achievements, Prey acquiring an amazing 26 achievements, TimeShift picking up an amazing 7 achievements, Wik: Fable of Souls adding 2 achievements, Hardwood Backgammon, Hardwood Hearts, Hardwood Spades gaining 1 achievement, Unreal Tournament® 3, MX vs. ATV: Untamed finishing an amazing 10 achievements, Wits & Wagers, MS.PAC-MAN, RoboBlitz, and afterwards, there were some awkward stares and silence... you know how it is.

Someone ask for a weekly recap? Even if you didn't, here it is: Oh man are my cores just rocking... CroutonCrusader played seven days last week! SEVEN! That is a NUMBER SEVEN followed by NO ZEROS! HOT! We really made it happen on the gamerscore front. An increase of 840 points makes for a nice bounty. Those 31 achievements were worth it I guess!

When you want to get on the cover of the gaming magazines, you have to play every day! I keep telling CroutonCrusader that as motivation... yesterday it worked! We went for a spin... played some games... ended with a score of 55,314. That is an increase of 30 points over last time! We added 366 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. Getting 27 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it!
If I had a DOLLAR for every new game I played during the week, I would have 5 bucks! w00t! I can now add 1942: Joint Strike, Braid, Coffeetime Crosswords™, Double D Dodgeball, and Live Draft Tracker to my collection... unless they were rentals or demos or betas. I couldn't tell. Also, according to the records, CroutonCrusader's favorite game last week was Geometry Wars Evolved². He played it on 5 of the days.
