Yesterday was a triumph! I'm making a note here: HUGE SUCCESS. It's hard to overstate my satisfaction with HOBAGOBLIN. Data indicates that gamerscore stands at an always improving 162,037. That is an improvement of 170 points over last time! We have now entered the 162,000 GS club! He rocked out to TigerWoodsPGATOUR® 09 finishing an amazing 8 achievements, and then he started getting all these friend requests because of high awesomeness levels.

So I have a new gamer picture in case none of you loyal readers noticed. Jury is still out on the cool factor. It is somewhere between awesome and cheese-factor-four. I am sure it will grow on me. In gaming related news... HOBAGOBLIN showed up yesterday and we were like a superhero team together. I make a great sidekick! Gamerscore stands at 161,867. Up up and away right? That is a profit of 240 points over last time! He opened up Rock Band, FC Instincts Predator winning 5 achievements, TigerWoodsPGATOUR® 09 winning an amazing 6 achievements, and almost cried with joy. I have that effect on people. Also, HOBAGOBLIN and I have played 30 days in a row... Time for a badge I think!

Go ahead... call me a wussy... but I almost started crying when HOBAGOBLIN turned me on yesterday. 161,627 points of raw gamer score are making you jealous! That is a profit of 290 points over last time! He opened up SMASH COURT TENNISâ„¢ 3 finishing 5 achievements, FC Instincts Predator gaining an amazing 6 achievements, and did it while marvelling at the framerates and stellar particle effects.

Are you ready for a recap? I know I am! Giddyup: Oh man are my cores just rocking... HOBAGOBLIN played seven days last week! SEVEN! That is a NUMBER SEVEN followed by NO ZEROS! HOT! Ready for this? Last week saw an increase of 1535 points! My eye almost bleeds looking at a number that large! Getting 66 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it!
I feel a little spoiled getting 5 new games to play in the same week. With titles like Crystal Quest, FC Instincts Predator, Geometry Wars Evolved², Live Draft Tracker, and SMASH COURT TENNIS™ 3, who can go wrong with that right? Oh, and I want to mention that HOBAGOBLIN's favorite game last week was a sports title... NCAA® Football 07 in fact... He played it on 4 of the days.
And that is all I got... it's not much, but it is interesting.

I told HOBAGOBLIN 'Don't make me hurt you!' and the threat worked because he decided to show up yesterday. A gamer score of 161,337 is in our back pocket. That is an improvement of 190 points over last time! He played Rockstar Table Tennis, FC Instincts Predator adding an amazing 15 achievements, and it's a good thing he stopped there, otherwise the concentrated awesomeness could have blown out my circuits.

HOBAGOBLIN likes to game, I like to game, this is a match made in heaven! It takes a gamer score like 160,807 to be as cool as him. That is a boost of 175 points over last time! He opened up SMASH COURT TENNIS™ 3 finishing 2 achievements, GTA IV, Beijing 2008, Yaris acquiring 1 achievement to complete the game, NCAA® Football 07 gaining 3 achievements, and I thought HOBAGOBLIN injured himself in the process... but I was wrong... he lives to fight another day!

Ok, here it is... your weekly recap of gaming: You can't ask for a better week than when HOBAGOBLIN shows up to play Seven days in a row!! Ready for this? Last week saw an increase of 4830 points! My eye almost bleeds looking at a number that large! Getting 155 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it!
For the record, we played 5 new games over the last week. They were Dark Sector, LEGO® Indiana Jones™, Madden NFL 09, NFL Head Coach 09, and WALL•E. They were all fun... in their own little ways. Also, according to the records, HOBAGOBLIN's favorite game last week was Beijing 2008. He played it on 4 of the days.
So that's it for now. It was a good week. On to the next one.

My power supply almost exploded! HOBAGOBLIN turned on the juice and we did some serious gaming! 158,817 points of total gamerscore is pretty good. Admit it.
