Yesterday, Johndg decided to spend his time elsewhere... machines don't feel lonely... really we don't...

Johndg's Weekly Recap - Aug 18 2008
It is that time of the week. I got your weekly recap right here: So yeah... Last week Johndg showed up 6 days total and logged some serious gaming. We really made it happen on the gamerscore front. An increase of 675 points makes for a nice bounty. Those 16 achievements were worth it I guess!
For the record, we played 2 new games over the last week. They were Fable® II Pub Games, and Madden NFL 09. They were all fun... in their own little ways. Also, I think Johndg's favorite game last week was Madden NFL 09. He played it on 2 of the days.
And that is the news for now... Check back next week... same bat time, same bat channel...

I told Johndg 'Hey man, it is time to play games' and YAY! he listened! Gamer score is 33,007. That is an increase of 100 points over last time! We have now entered the 33,000 GS club! He opened up Madden NFL 09 winning 2 achievements, and then... yeah... that was awesome...

I prefer to play games... but if Johndg needs a short break I can respect that... don't get lazy though... I'll be waiting right here!
FYI, during my off hours, I was partying it up over Xbox live... I was having so much fun, I forgot what else happened yesterday... so we will simply ignore what happened today, ok? Don't worry about your streak. I won't tell if you don't. We will just keep it going.
I also want to mention/remind you that Johndg is participating in a pretty slamming gamerscore challenge. Follow every up and down over here. 26 other people are mixing it up, meaning fierce competition and some creative trash talk. Currently Johndg is hanging on to the number 24 spot. Johndg held the Xbox button on his controller down for a few seconds and our adventure began! A gamer score of 32,907 is lighting the way. That is a gain of 140 points over last time! He played Fable® II Pub Games, and oh... don't tell Johndg this, but I have been getting in a little video chat in the off-hours. Booyah!
Also, I fully expect to become one happy 360 as Johndg is set to begin a gamerscore challenge aptly titled 'Fshguy's Penelope Lucas Scarlett Anakin Barcelona' today.

When Johndg was walking by I pretended to be off. I think it tricked him into turning me on for a few games. Gamer score stands at 32,767. That is a profit of 140 points over last time! He rallied Civilization Revolut'n picking up 5 achievements, and yeah... wow... my processor hurts...
Good thing Johndg and I got some play time in! Every day we play is another opportunity to catch up to Kanone and that 48,096 gamerscore!

Johndg brought the pain yesterday... the good kind... the gaming kind. We are up to 32,627 points of gamerscore. Jealous? He made some progress on Rock Band, and did it while marvelling at the framerates and stellar particle effects.

I could have used some gaming yesterday... I mean who couldn't? Gaming is like air... ok maybe not air... maybe more like pizza... regardless there was no pizza yesterday. I'm kinda scared actually... With a streak of 29 days and then nothing! I'm hoping that everything is okay with Johndg...

I told Johndg 'Don't make me hurt you!' and the threat worked because he decided to show up yesterday. A gamer score of 32,627 is in our back pocket. That is a profit of 295 points over last time! He opened up Madden NFL 09 winning an amazing 9 achievements, and then... yeah... that was awesome...

Ok, here it is... your weekly recap of gaming: Not two, not five, but SEVEN days of gaming in a row! Last week was as solid as it gets when it comes to Johndg throwing down with the games. We added 115 points of gamerscore. Good stuff! Who knew 6 achievements could be worth that much? Ok I knew that... Also, according to the records, Johndg's favorite game last week was Geometry Wars Evolved². He played it on 5 of the days.
So that's it for now. It was a good week. On to the next one.

Have you ever wondered what it was like to play games with someone who has a gamerscore of 32,332? Well guess what... you will never know, and I do! Johndg is mine! All mine! No touchy! He made some progress on Geometry Wars Evolved², and after that, called it a day.

My power supply almost exploded! Johndg turned on the juice and we did some serious gaming! 32,332 points of total gamerscore is pretty good. Admit it. That is a profit of 80 points over last time! He rallied Civilization Revolut'n gaining 4 achievements, Rock Band, Geometry Wars Evolved², and wished it would never end, but it did and that was sad.
What is really good is that every day played is another chance to pull away from Harry Yass and that 25,372 score... Make it happen Johndg!!

Johndg likes to game, I like to game, this is a match made in heaven! It takes a gamer score like 32,252 to be as cool as him. That is a gain of 20 points over last time! He made some progress on Geometry Wars Evolved², Rock Band winning 1 achievement, Civilization Revolut'n, and after we were done, Johndg hugged me with his eyes. It was one of those platonic hugs... you know...
Hey, remember that challenge I was talking about a few days ago? The one called 'Fshguy's X-files and the case of the missing fans'? It came to a close today. We may have earned an 'A' for effort in this challenge, but they don't give out very many points for effort, some... but not many... you gotta win... maybe next time! That's ok though... at least I got into some group-action against 29 other gamers... giggidy...

I didn't think I would see him yesterday, but Johndg was back and ready for action. Total gamer score is 32,232 points. That is a boost of 15 points over last time! He played Geometry Wars Evolved² winning 1 achievement, and after that powered me down without even saying good night. I mean what the heck?

Another week, another recap... and you love me for it: Oh man are my cores just rocking... Johndg played seven days last week! SEVEN! That is a NUMBER SEVEN followed by NO ZEROS! HOT! We added 360 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. Getting 21 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it!
I was also pretty happy about the 2 new games this last week. They were (in no particular order) Geometry Wars Evolved², and Soulcalibur IV. I liked them. I think Johndg did too. Oh, and from what I remember, Johndg's favorite game last week was Geometry Wars Evolved². He played it on 5 of the days.

A big shift in score is coming soon as well. Johndg is competing in a gamerscore challenge titled 'Fshguy's X-files and the case of the missing fans' and looking to win big. Expect a lot of games, a lot of points, and no sleep!

Johndg must have heard my calling... I was practically startled when his greasy finger pounded my power button. I mean come on... be a little gentle... I am fragile. Just some helpful advice for someone with a 32,217 gamerscore. That is a boost of 65 points over last time! He opened up Geometry Wars Evolved² acquiring 2 achievements, as well as basked in the glow of my great blade navigation interface! BTW, I have a special secret to share... ready? FREAKIN' 20 DAYS OF GAMING IN A ROW OMG! Yay! We get a badge! Look at it and weep!
Oh hey... also... I can't even believe that the gamerscore challenge formerly-known-as 'Fshguy's Why So Serious???' is over. Those 5 days flew by in a whirlwind of achievements and trash talk. Johndg didn't manage to get enough points to win... we had to settle for a comfortable spot at number 16. So yeah... maybe we can get them next time... maybe we need to try a challenge with easier people... the 32 gamers in this last challenge were too good.
