I saw squidpunch walk by yesterday morning... I was hoping he would come play and he did. 52,545 points and climbing. He rocked out to Braid, and laughed with joy and glee the whole time. I like making people happy.

My eye! It burns! A weekly recap is all that can save me! Here goes: You can't ask for a better week than when squidpunch shows up to play Seven days in a row!! We added 70 points of gamerscore. Points are good! Those 6 achievements were worth it I guess!
NEW GAMES! NEW GAMES! NEW GAMES! 2 of them to be exact! Braid, and EarthDefenseForce 2017. I want more! I want more! Also, I think we can all agree that squidpunch was an RPG junkie last week playing a ton of Lost Odyssey. He played it on 5 of the days.
I could go on and on with the stats, but that is enough.

squidpunch came to represent the gaming world. 52,545 points and counting! That is a gain of 20 points over last time! He made some progress on EarthDefenseForce 2017, LEGO® Indiana Jones™ adding 1 achievement, Braid winning 1 achievement, and then it felt like he threw my controller and I was like, TAKE IT EASY SHEESH and we stopped. In the now-you-know department, I really thought that gaming 10 days in a row would hurt... but it actually felt good... it felt warm... like butter straight out of the microwave. Yay! We get a badge! Look at it and weep!
Oh also, It's all over man! ALL OVER! The gamerscore challenge called 'Auto Challenge - #13799' is through after an intense 5 days. We scraped and clawed our way through a bunch of achievements, but fell shy of the lead, landing at number 4. Lucky for us, we can jump right into another challenge and compete for a bigger win. Plus, it just means more time spent on our favorite games and a bigger gamerscore! I guess we won something after all!

squidpunch showed up yesterday and we were like a superhero team together. I make a great sidekick! Gamerscore stands at 52,525. Up up and away right? That is an increase of 15 points over last time! He rocked out to Braid picking up 1 achievement, and then he started getting all these friend requests because of high awesomeness levels.
I always like to end with a little bit about squidpunch and the ongoing gamerscore challenge status. If you want to follow along at home, catch the action here. There are 4 other people in the chase as well... so it's pretty cool. squidpunch has the number 5 spot... While we're sad we can only compete for one more day, it means we can pull out all the stops to achieve complete victory!

I didn't think I would see him yesterday, but squidpunch was back and ready for action. Total gamer score is 52,510 points. That is a boost of 10 points over last time! He opened up Braid adding 1 achievement, Lost Odyssey, and did it while marvelling at the framerates and stellar particle effects.
Oh hey, time for the gamerscore challenge update too... squidpunch still has that going on and stuff. Check out the progress right now! If I was you, I'd subscribe to the trash talk RSS feed for this one - 4 other competitors are battling with their skills and egos. Out of everyone, squidpunch is holding on to the number 5 spot. There are people out there who think video games are violent. But after squidpunch played yesterday with his gamerscore of 52,500 points, there wasn't any violence at all. A little drooling maybe but definitely no violence. That is an increase of 25 points over last time! He opened up Lost Odyssey, Braid adding 2 achievements, and... hmmm... I forget what else we did...
What is really good is that every day played is another chance to pull away from jgaylord and that 5,630 score... Make it happen squidpunch!!

squidpunch had to choose between watching TV and playing with me and I am happy to say I won... this time... Gamerscore is at 52,475 points. He rallied Lost Odyssey, and then squidpunch had to stop for a bathroom break or something... Humans really are bags of mostly water.

When you want to get on the cover of the gaming magazines, you have to play every day! I keep telling squidpunch that as motivation... yesterday it worked! We went for a spin... played some games... ended with a score of 52,475. He played Lost Odyssey, and afterwards, there were some awkward stares and silence... you know how it is.

Someone ask for a weekly recap? Even if you didn't, here it is: If squidpunch plays 5 days every week, I guess I can call this a good deal. Many Xboxes have it a lot worse. We added 10 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. That is what happens when you get 1 achievement.
I prodded squidpunch to try a new game: LEGO® Indiana Jones™. It was a lot cooler than I thought it would be. Oh, and squidpunch must have been in a role playing mood last week since Lost Odyssey was the favorite game. He played it on 4 of the days.

It came to a close today. squidpunch didn't manage to get the win... but I guess number 4 is better than number LAST!!... wait... maybe we are last? How many people are in this thing? Can I count? You know, sometimes someone else just has better cheat codes than you do -- I mean, that's the only explanation for a loss in this challenge!!!

He rocked out to Burnout Paradise, LEGO® Indiana Jones™ gaining 1 achievement, Lost Odyssey, and I thought squidpunch injured himself in the process... but I was wrong... he lives to fight another day!

Consoles are for playing! I am glad squidpunch picked up on that yesterday... Gamerscore is a respectful 52,465 points. He rocked out to Rock Band, Arkadian Warriors, Zuma, as well as basked in the glow of my great blade navigation interface!

Watch closely because here comes the recap... if you aren't paying attention, you might miss it: So yeah... Last week squidpunch showed up 6 days total and logged some serious gaming. We added 30 points of gamerscore. Good stuff! Who knew 2 achievements could be worth that much? Ok I knew that... Also, I think squidpunch's favorite game last week was The Incredible Hulkâ„¢. He played it on 3 of the days.
