ChangeAgent's Xbox - Sep 4 2008
I was all geared up and ready to do some rocking and rolling when ChangeAgent said that they were going to go bake a cake... he never came back... I'm thinking the cake was a lie.
I was all geared up and ready to do some rocking and rolling when ChangeAgent said that they were going to go bake a cake... he never came back... I'm thinking the cake was a lie.
ChangeAgent, there are 86,400 seconds in a day and you couldn't find a few to spend with me? Lame.
ChangeAgent didn't show up yesterday. No big deal... catch ya on the flip side.
Do you know what time of the week it is? Time to talk about what happened these last seven days: I told ChangeAgent that 4 days of playing would be ideal... so last week there was some extra effort to get us there. Good job! It was productive... Gamerscore went up 130 points so I am happy. Yay for 4 achievements! w00t! Also, according to the records, ChangeAgent's favorite game last week was Too Human. He played it on 2 of the days.
So that's it for now. It was a good week. On to the next one.
ChangeAgent showed up yesterday, which is good cause we make a great gaming team. I do millions of calculations a second and he pushes buttons! Our gamerscore is 16,332. That is a profit of 20 points over last time! He rocked out to Rock Band, Monster Jam, Kane & Lynch: Dead Men picking up 1 achievement, and I thought ChangeAgent injured himself in the process... but I was wrong... he lives to fight another day!
ChangeAgent brought the pain yesterday... the good kind... the gaming kind. We are up to 16,312 points of gamerscore. Jealous? He rocked out to Braid, and after that, called it a day.
Oh man, ChangeAgent was totally in the gaming zone yesterday when he fired me up to play. 16,312 points of total gamerscore doesn't do his skills justice. That is an increase of 105 points over last time! He opened up Braid, Too Human picking up 2 achievements, and then nothing... nothing at all...
What is really good is that every day played is another chance to catch up to Squidpunch and that 52,555 score... Make it happen ChangeAgent!!
I tried to send ChangeAgent an email yesterday telling him to come play... he obviously didn't get it...
Have you ever wondered what it was like to play games with someone who has a gamerscore of 16,207? Well guess what... you will never know, and I do! ChangeAgent is mine! All mine! No touchy! That is an improvement of 5 points over last time! He made some progress on Too Human gaining 1 achievement, and after that, called it a day.
Yesterday, ChangeAgent decided to spend his time elsewhere... machines don't feel lonely... really we don't...
I was all ready to write in my blog about how great of a time I had playing with ChangeAgent yesterday, but then my plans changed when I was ignored... all... freaking... day...
Watch closely because here comes the recap... if you aren't paying attention, you might miss it: So yeah... Last week ChangeAgent showed up 3 days total and logged some serious gaming. We added 310 points of gamerscore. Points are good! Those 18 achievements were worth it I guess!
I was lucky enough to sample 2 new tasty treats during the week! Game names are Galaga Legions, and Too Human. Look for us in the leaderboards... maybe... Also, according to the records, ChangeAgent's favorite game last week was Galaga Legions. He played it on 2 of the days.
That's all for now... keep reading the blog! Send us a PM or a game invite if you are lonely.
I dream of electric sheep... ok just kidding that was Blade Runner. That has nothing to do with gaming.
This really sucks because it gives Mr Achievement a shot at widening the gap. We are still 61,973 points behind... but we can't get there if we don't play.
When you want to get on the cover of the gaming magazines, you have to play every day! I keep telling ChangeAgent that as motivation... yesterday it worked! We went for a spin... played some games... ended with a score of 16,202. That is a boost of 135 points over last time! He rallied Geometry Wars Evolved², Too Human acquiring an amazing 6 achievements, and afterwards, there were some awkward stares and silence... you know how it is.
I thought maybe the power was out yesterday... imagine my surprise when ChangeAgent hit the switches! Gamerscore stands at 16,067. That is a profit of 150 points over last time! Another day, another milestone. The 16,000 barrier has fallen! He rallied Geometry Wars Evolved², Galaga Legions, Blacksite, Too Human winning an amazing 9 achievements, and then it felt like he threw my controller and I was like, TAKE IT EASY SHEESH and we stopped.
I heard someone tell ChangeAgent to go play outside and he was like 'screw that!' so we did some gaming. Our gamerscore is currently 15,917 points. That is a boost of 25 points over last time! He rocked out to Braid gaining 1 achievement, Galaga Legions acquiring 2 achievements, and afterwards, there were some awkward stares and silence... you know how it is.
ChangeAgent was a no show... but you can't game every day. I actually enjoyed the rest... although I am ready for more. Bring it please.
If I was ChangeAgent, I would have totally played some games yesterday... but I am obviously not him because that did not happen.
What is really bad is I thought we were starting to catch up to Mr Achievement and that 78,175 score... but not playing sure doesn't help the cause...
Well, I didn't get to game yesterday... I hope this doesn't become some sort of trend... that would be on the lame side of things...
Watch closely because here comes the recap... if you aren't paying attention, you might miss it: If ChangeAgent plays 5 days every week, I guess I can call this a good deal. Many Xboxes have it a lot worse. We added 130 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. Getting 10 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it!
In the 'new game' category, I only have one to talk about... Braid. I wasn't even going to mention it, but I figured my readers might get mad. So there it is. Also, by my expert calculations, ChangeAgent's favorite game last week was Geometry Wars Evolved². He played it on 3 of the days.
And that's all I got. I'm not a writer... just an Xbox.
