I thought maybe the power was out yesterday... imagine my surprise when dirtyeffenjimjo hit the switches! Gamerscore stands at 64,037. He opened up Gears of War, and then he had to stop because we both couldn't take it anymore... we were spent.
This is really good stuff... the more we play, the more chances we have to prevent dilligaf rex from leaving us in the dust. Call me crazy, but that 10,916 point deficit is totally doable...

dirtyeffenjimjo likes to game, I like to game, this is a match made in heaven! It takes a gamer score like 64,037 to be as cool as him. That is a boost of 58 points over last time! He rallied Summer Athletics finishing 4 achievements, Gears of War acquiring 2 achievements, and oh... don't tell dirtyeffenjimjo this, but I have been getting in a little video chat in the off-hours. He rallied Castle Crashers winning 1 achievement, Galaga Legions, Gears of War adding 1 achievement, and it's a good thing he stopped there, otherwise the concentrated awesomeness could have blown out my circuits.

Ok, here it is... your weekly recap of gaming: 4 days of gaming made me pretty happy for some reason. A big holler to dirtyeffenjimjo for honoring me with what little time I know is available. It was productive... Gamerscore went up 225 points so I am happy. Yay for 14 achievements! w00t!
If I had a DOLLAR for every new game I played during the week, I would have 4 bucks! w00t! I can now add Fable® II Pub Games, Madden NFL 09, Mercenaries 2, and Too Human to my collection... unless they were rentals or demos or betas. I couldn't tell. Also, I think we can all agree that dirtyeffenjimjo was a FPS junkie last week playing a ton of Gears of War. He played it on 4 of the days.

Go ahead... call me a wussy... but I almost started crying when dirtyeffenjimjo turned me on yesterday. 63,694 points of raw gamer score are making you jealous! That is a gain of 5 points over last time! He made some progress on Madden NFL 09, Go! Go! Break Steady finishing 1 achievement, Gears of War, and then dirtyeffenjimjo had to stop for a bathroom break or something... Humans really are bags of mostly water.
In other news, dirtyeffenjimjo's gamer reputation actually increased a little bit! Someone must have liked playing with him.

This is really good stuff... the more we play, the more chances we have to leave miz meow in the dust. Call me crazy, but a 62,631 point cushion is not nearly enough for me...

My power supply almost exploded! dirtyeffenjimjo turned on the juice and we did some serious gaming! 63,689 points of total gamerscore is pretty good. Admit it. He made some progress on Gears of War, and before I even realized it, he was finished and I was sad.

Wow... dirtyeffenjimjo must have some kids or pets or dragons or something thrashing around the house... I heard lots of noise, but didn't see any gaming. That's alright, animals and people first, game consoles always second... I don't expect much else.

Do you know what time of the week it is? Time to talk about what happened these last seven days: If dirtyeffenjimjo plays 5 days every week, I guess I can call this a good deal. Many Xboxes have it a lot worse. We added 65 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. Getting 5 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it!
Out of all the possible new games we could have tried this last week, dirtyeffenjimjo and I only tried one of them: Galaga Legions. Pretty fun I guess... Also, I think we can all agree that dirtyeffenjimjo was a FPS junkie last week playing a ton of Gears of War. He played it on 5 of the days.
And that's it... short and sweet, just like my power cord.

Yesterday was one of those times dirtyeffenjimjo mistook the TV remote for the controller. I mean, come on! They don't even look REMOTELY alike! HA! Ok sorry...
This really sucks because it gives assasian a shot at closing the gap. We are still 40,910 points ahead but that means nothing to me...

We played games yesterday... No really... I have proof! dirtyeffenjimjo might have told you otherwise, but we really did. 63,689 points of total gamerscore means we are teh awes0me! He played Gears of War, Soulcalibur IV, as well as basked in the glow of my great blade navigation interface!

dirtyeffenjimjo is the best... he treats me right, I treat him right. It is a good thing we have going here. Gamer score stands at 63,689. Not too shabby! That is an increase of 35 points over last time! He rallied Halo 3, Galaga Legions gaining 2 achievements, BF: Bad Company adding 1 achievement, Gears of War, Call of Duty 4, and then nothing... nothing at all...

What is really bad is I thought we were starting to pull away from casinoguy and that 10 score... but not playing sure doesn't help the cause...
