He played Unreal Tournament® 3, TigerWoodsPGATOUR® 09 winning 2 achievements, and... hmmm... I forget what else we did...
Oh, guess what? Our gamerscore challenge is going strong... Don't take my word for it! See for yourself! 4 other people are throwing down in this challenge. If I do the math correctly, it means that 4 players X 5 days means a whole lot of trash talk! Out of all those people, patches4711 is currently parked at number 3. Have you ever wondered what it was like to play games with someone who has a gamerscore of 104,046? Well guess what... you will never know, and I do! patches4711 is mine! All mine! No touchy! That is a boost of 85 points over last time! That puts us above 104,000 points! He rocked out to Unreal Tournament® 3, Fable® II Pub Games, TigerWoodsPGATOUR® 09 gaining an amazing 6 achievements, and then patches4711 went to get some food. I told him to bring me back something but I got seriously dissed. In the now-you-know department, I really thought that gaming 130 days in a row would hurt... but it actually felt good... it felt warm... like butter straight out of the microwave.
And..... guess what? I will reveal the latest gamerscore challenge status to you as a matter of public record. If you want to follow along at home, catch the action here. 4 other people are throwing down in this challenge. I heard someone tell patches4711 to go play outside and he was like 'screw that!' so we did some gaming. Our gamerscore is currently 103,961 points. That is a gain of 170 points over last time! He rocked out to Unreal Tournament® 3, BF: Bad Company acquiring 1 achievement, Too Human acquiring 3 achievements, TigerWoodsPGATOUR® 09 adding 3 achievements, and... hmmm... maybe that was all... it felt like we played more games.
Also, patches4711 went and accepted a gamerscore challenge, so I'm stocking up on coffee for the overtime I'll be working over the coming days. Check it out... the challenge is called 'Auto Challenge - #14533'.

Someone ask for a weekly recap? Even if you didn't, here it is: Not many Xboxes can claim seven days of gaming in a row. Last week patches4711 and I can... and we will... and it feels so good! We added 450 points of gamerscore. Good stuff! Who knew 25 achievements could be worth that much? Ok I knew that...
For the record, we played 3 new games over the last week. They were Beijing 2008, Galaga Legions, and Too Human. They were all fun... in their own little ways. Oh, and patches4711 must have been in the mood to shoot things last week. We played some serious FPS! Unreal Tournament® 3 was the favorite game. He played it on 7 of the days.

He opened up The Club acquiring 2 achievements to finish the game, Spider-Man™: FoF winning 1 achievement to conquer the game, Unreal Tournament® 3 winning 2 achievements, BF: Bad Company, Too Human finishing 5 achievements, Beijing 2008 winning 3 achievements, Fable® II Pub Games acquiring 2 achievements, and afterwards, there were some awkward stares and silence... you know how it is.
Also, remember the challenge that patches4711 was participating in? It has wrapped up. Unfortunately, we came up short, ending up in the number 3 spot. That's ok though... at least playing against the other 4 gamers was enough incentive to get more points! I like points.

He made some progress on BF: Bad Company, Beijing 2008 acquiring 1 achievement, The Club, Unreal Tournament® 3 finishing 2 achievements, and oh... man was it ever sweet!

He opened up Unreal Tournament® 3, BF: Bad Company acquiring 1 achievement, Fable® II Pub Games winning 1 achievement, The Club picking up 1 achievement, and then he almost hugged me, but I was like back off dude.

Another week, another recap... and you love me for it: Not two, not five, but SEVEN days of gaming in a row! Last week was as solid as it gets when it comes to patches4711 throwing down with the games. We added 115 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. Getting 7 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it!
I was also pretty happy about the 2 new games this last week. They were (in no particular order) Braid, and Fable® II Pub Games. I liked them. I think patches4711 did too. Oh, and from what I remember, patches4711's favorite game last week was Unreal Tournament® 3. He played it on 7 of the days.
And that's it... short and sweet, just like my power cord.

Oh also, It's all over man! ALL OVER! The gamerscore challenge called 'Auto Challenge - #13824' is through after an intense 5 days. Despite 5 days and nights of gaming goodness though, we couldn't take the lead and ended up finishing at number 5. That's ok though... at least I got into some group-action against 4 other gamers... giggidy...

He made some progress on Unreal Tournament® 3, Fable® II Pub Games, Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, and after we were done, patches4711 hugged me with his eyes. It was one of those platonic hugs... you know...

I saw patches4711 walk by yesterday morning... I was hoping he would come play and he did. 103,276 points and climbing. That is a boost of 20 points over last time! He played BF: Bad Company, Unreal Tournament® 3 adding 1 achievement, as well as stared off into space... thinking about the one that got away.
