Yesterday, SafePit decided to spend his time elsewhere... machines don't feel lonely... really we don't... It really is too bad SafePit didn't play. We had quite a streak going at 35 days.

SafePit's Xbox - Sep 5 2008

SafePit brought the pain yesterday... the good kind... the gaming kind. We are up to 27,580 points of gamerscore. Jealous? He made some progress on Halo 3, and then he had to stop because we both couldn't take it anymore... we were spent.

Good thing SafePit and I got some play time in! Every day we play is another opportunity to catch up to Dark Cell NZ and that 37,980 gamerscore!

Oh hey, time for the gamerscore challenge update too... SafePit still has that going on and stuff. SafePit's Xbox - Sep 4 2008

SafePit decided to play yesterday. Check out the 27,580 gamer score! He played Gauntlet, Buku Sudoku, Halo 3, and then it felt like he threw my controller and I was like, TAKE IT EASY SHEESH and we stopped.

Also, I don't want to be alarmed or anything, but SafePit's gamer reputation went down yesterday. SafePit, if you are reading this, I really hope you weren't TKing or glitching man... don't be that guy.

Oh, guess what? Our gamerscore challenge is going strong... If you want to follow along at home, catch the action here. 4 other people are throwing down in this challenge. If I do the math correctly, it means that 4 players X 5 days means a whole lot of trash talk! Currently SafePit is holding the number 3 spot in the group... decent. SafePit had to choose between watching TV and playing with me and I am happy to say I won... this time... Gamerscore is at 27,580 points. That is an improvement of 170 points over last time! He opened up The Bourne Conspiracy winning an amazing 7 achievements, and oh... man was it ever sweet!

SafePit held the Xbox button on his controller down for a few seconds and our adventure began! A gamer score of 27,410 is lighting the way. That is a gain of 225 points over last time! SafePit's Weekly Recap - Sep 1 2008

My eye! It burns! A weekly recap is all that can save me! Here goes: You can't ask for a better week than when SafePit shows up to play Seven days in a row!! We really made it happen on the gamerscore front. An increase of 630 points makes for a nice bounty. Those 29 achievements were worth it I guess!

For the record, we only played one new game this last week. It was The Bourne Conspiracy. I was hoping for a few more, but I guess not everyone is made out of money! Also, according to the records, SafePit must have been craving some FPS action because Call of Duty 4 was the weekly favorite. He played it on 3 of the days.

SafePit's Xbox - Sep 1 2008

I love to game, you love to game, SafePit loves to game, we all love to game! 27,185 points FTW!!! That is a gain of 320 points over last time! We have now entered the 27,000 GS club! He rallied The Bourne Conspiracy picking up an amazing 11 achievements, and... hmmm... maybe that was all... it felt like we played more games.

Hey, remember that challenge I was talking about a few days ago? The one called 'Auto Challenge - #14430'? It came to a close today. Guess who took home the gold? Why SafePit did of course! SafePit's Xbox - Aug 31 2008

I had to set aside my plans for world domination yesterday when SafePit decided to game. Our score is 26,865 and always improving! That is a boost of 245 points over last time! He rocked out to DEAD OR ALIVE 4, Tetris Splash, The Bourne Conspiracy finishing an amazing 15 achievements, and then I needed a nap. Don't judge me! It's a lot of work pushing all those pixels.

Hmmm... I just realized... SafePit must not have anything major going on in his life right now because we have gamed 30 days in a row! Can you believe it? If I understand the rules, I think we are getting a streak badge...

Oh and it is time for a gamerscore challenge update... listen up... Let me link you to the daily updates and trash talking. There are 4 other people playing along as well... they better watch out. SafePit seemed really excited to play yesterday. Our current gamerscore is 26,605 . That is an improvement of 20 points over last time! He made some progress on Call of Duty 4 picking up 1 achievement to conquer the game, and oh... don't tell SafePit this, but I have been dumbing down the AI lately... I am hoping it keeps him coming back for more! MUHAHAHA!

SafePit is the best... he treats me right, I treat him right. It is a good thing we have going here. Gamer score stands at 26,585. Not too shabby! He opened up Quake 4, Call of Duty 4, and then he tried to watch TV, but I killed the power... If I can't have him, no one can.

Oh man, SafePit was totally in the gaming zone yesterday when he fired me up to play. 26,585 points of total gamerscore doesn't do his skills justice. That is an improvement of 30 points over last time! He rocked out to Quake 2, Quake 4 gaining 1 achievement, and think of all the things we learned! SafePit's Weekly Recap - Aug 25 2008

My eye! It burns! A weekly recap is all that can save me! Here goes: It is a good one! SafePit had seven days of gaming! In a row! I know! Crazy! Our gamerscore saw a 565 point boost which is good. I guess that is what completing 25 achievements can do! Also, I think we can all agree that SafePit was a FPS junkie last week playing a ton of Call of Duty 4. He played it on 5 of the days.

SafePit's Xbox - Aug 25 2008

Go ahead... call me a wussy... but I almost started crying when SafePit turned me on yesterday. 26,555 points of raw gamer score are making you jealous! That is a profit of 105 points over last time! He rallied LEGO Star Wars II, Just Cause adding an amazing 7 achievements, GTA IV acquiring 1 achievement, and wished it would never end, but it did and that was sad.

Good thing SafePit and I got some play time in! Every day we play is another opportunity to catch up to squidpunch and that 52,555 gamerscore!

Also, remember the challenge that SafePit was participating in? It has wrapped up. Despite 5 days and nights of gaming goodness though, we couldn't take the lead and ended up finishing at number 2. We may have lost, but we're no quitters. Nothing is over until we say it is! We're going to dust off that controller, hold our head high and get our game on! SafePit's Xbox - Aug 23 2008

Like a king on his throne, SafePit said 'awaken' and for him I did comply. 26,200 points represents the size of our growing kingdom. Ok, enough of this Monarchy stuff. That is a profit of 210 points over last time! Another day, another milestone. The 26,000 barrier has fallen! He played Oblivion, Call of Duty 4 gaining 4 achievements, and then the lightweight went to bed. Freakin' wuss.

I always like to end with a little bit about SafePit and the ongoing gamerscore challenge status. Follow every up and down over here. There are 4 other people involved. SafePit playing Call of Duty 4...

SafePit and I were doing some gaming on Call of Duty 4 and wanted to make a quick comment:

Finally! Finished COD4 main story on veteran -- what a pain! War Room glitched on me and wouldn't let me past the shield doors! I had to restart the level. What a pain! Waiting for credits to finish and then I can try the epilog. Wish me luck!
