This entry is a little different than the others. It is a recap of the last week of gaming. Check it: theotherhdmcgee played 5 days last week... pretty solid I guess... I'm not feeling that picky lately. This wasn't just low-key gaming either... our score bounced 825 freakin' points! Can you believe it? In one week? YES! Getting 22 achievements has that effect.
Out of all the possible new games we could have tried this last week, theotherhdmcgee and I only tried one of them: Madden NFL 09. Pretty fun I guess... Oh, and theotherhdmcgee seems obsessed with first-person shooters lately... You can tell because Gears of War was the favorite last week. He played it on 3 of the days.

Wow... theotherhdmcgee must have some kids or pets or dragons or something thrashing around the house... I heard lots of noise, but didn't see any gaming. That's alright, animals and people first, game consoles always second... I don't expect much else.

FYI, during my off hours, I was partying it up over Xbox live... I was having so much fun, I forgot what else happened yesterday... so we will simply ignore what happened today, ok? Don't worry about your streak. I won't tell if you don't. We will just keep it going.

When you get right down to it, when theotherhdmcgee decides to play - it's a good day all around. Our score is 4,395 and always improving! He played Gears of War, and laughed with joy and glee the whole time. I like making people happy.

theotherhdmcgee must have heard my calling... I was practically startled when his greasy finger pounded my power button. I mean come on... be a little gentle... I am fragile. Just some helpful advice for someone with a 4,395 gamerscore. That is a boost of 60 points over last time! He played Madden NFL 09 gaining 2 achievements, Gears of War, and after we were done, theotherhdmcgee hugged me with his eyes. It was one of those platonic hugs... you know...

theotherhdmcgee needed a friend like me yesterday... I could see it in his eyes. I am there for you brother. Remember that. Gamer score is 4,335. That is an increase of 765 points over last time! We have now entered the 4,000 GS club! He made some progress on Madden NFL 09 winning an amazing 20 achievements, and then I needed a nap. Don't judge me! It's a lot of work pushing all those pixels.

My power supply almost exploded! theotherhdmcgee turned on the juice and we did some serious gaming! 3,570 points of total gamerscore is pretty good. Admit it. He rocked out to Bejeweled 2, Gears of War, and then he had to stop because we both couldn't take it anymore... we were spent.

My eye! It burns! A weekly recap is all that can save me! Here goes: This is normally the highlight of my week because I can reminisce about all the different games I served up... Unless, of course, there were no games played at all... kinda like last week. I feel like such a tool.

Do you know what time of the week it is? Time to talk about what happened these last seven days: So yeah... Last week theotherhdmcgee showed up 3 days total and logged some serious gaming. I was looking for gamerscore, but the total gain was zero.
Out of all the possible new games we could have tried this last week, theotherhdmcgee and I only tried one of them: Perfect Dark Zero. Pretty fun I guess... Also, I think we can all agree that theotherhdmcgee was a FPS junkie last week playing a ton of Perfect Dark Zero. He played it on 2 of the days.
And that is the news for now... Check back next week... same bat time, same bat channel...
