z36 brought the pain yesterday... the good kind... the gaming kind. We are up to 89,739 points of gamerscore. Jealous? He rallied Soulcalibur IV, Bejeweled 2, Call of Juarez, Overlord, and oh... man was it ever sweet!
Oh man, z36 was totally in the gaming zone yesterday when he fired me up to play. 89,739 points of total gamerscore doesn't do his skills justice. He made some progress on Bejeweled 2, Soulcalibur IV, and did it while marvelling at the framerates and stellar particle effects.
It is that time of the week. I got your weekly recap right here: Not two, not five, but SEVEN days of gaming in a row! Last week was as solid as it gets when it comes to z36 throwing down with the games. This wasn't just low-key gaming either... our score bounced 2335 freakin' points! Can you believe it? In one week? YES! Getting 55 achievements has that effect. Also, according to the records, z36 must have been craving some fighting because Soulcalibur IV was the weekly favorite. He played it on 2 of the days.

I was about to feel sorry for myself, until z36 showed up and made my day with a little gaming! Our gamerscore stands at 89,739 and counting! That is an increase of 5 points over last time! He played Soulcalibur IV finishing 1 achievement, and wished it would never end, but it did and that was sad. BTW, that makes 20 days in a row! I think we can all agree that high-fives are in order. I think that qualifies us for a badge or something... whatever...

He opened up Soulcalibur IV, and oh... don't tell z36 this, but I have been dumbing down the AI lately... I am hoping it keeps him coming back for more! MUHAHAHA!
I thought z36 just wanted to listen to music or watch a DVD. Turns out he was there to game. With a gamer score of 89,734, I should have known that was the case. He rallied Beowulf, Stuntman: Ignition, and laughed with joy and glee the whole time. I like making people happy.
This is really good stuff... the more we play, the more chances we have to prevent Fshguy from leaving us in the dust. Call me crazy, but that 16,730 point deficit is totally doable...
z36 decided to game yesterday and we rocked out like the three musketeers, except there were only two of us... 89,734 points of total gamerscore and counting... That is an improvement of 40 points over last time! He rocked out to Beautiful Katamari gaining an amazing 36 achievements to defeat the game, X-Men:TheOfficialGame winning an amazing 12 achievements to master the game, Beowulf picking up 2 achievements, and... hmmm... I forget what else we did...
I heard that z36 was bragging about all the gaming we did and that had me really confused. Our gamerscore now stands at 89694 which is a change of 2210 from the last time I remember it. However I can't tell you any of the games we played. I must be losing it. Oh well... gaming and not remembering is better than not gaming at all.

I told z36 to try a new game: BioShock. It was a lot cooler than I thought it would be. Oh, and z36 seems obsessed with first-person shooters lately... You can tell because BioShock was the favorite last week. He played it on 4 of the days.

He played BioShock acquiring an amazing 7 achievements, and before I even realized it, he was finished and I was sad. It is worth mentioning that we have played 10 days in a row! Give us the badge for streaking! w00t!

When z36 was walking by I pretended to be off. I think it tricked him into turning me on for a few games. Gamer score stands at 87,164. That is an improvement of 65 points over last time! He rocked out to BioShock adding an amazing 7 achievements, and then I came out of my trance and realized it was all over.
This is really good stuff... the more we play, the more chances we have to leave cnc137 in the dust. Call me crazy, but a 81,784 point cushion is not nearly enough for me...
z36 is the best... he treats me right, I treat him right. It is a good thing we have going here. Gamer score stands at 87,099. Not too shabby! He made some progress on Bejeweled 2, and then z36 had to stop for a bathroom break or something... Humans really are bags of mostly water.

Ready for this? Last week saw an increase of 1110 points! My eye almost bleeds looking at a number that large! Getting 46 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it!
If I had a DOLLAR for every new game I played during the week, I would have 5 bucks! w00t! I can now add Beowulf, KUF: Circle of Doom, Spectral Force 3, Vampire Rain, and Viking to my collection... unless they were rentals or demos or betas. I couldn't tell. Oh, and z36 must have been in an puzzling-smarty-pants mood last week. Bejeweled 2 was the favorite game. He played it on 5 of the days.
And that is all I got... it's not much, but it is interesting.
